Language is wine upon the lips.

I'm not sure I would have appreciated this quote a month ago. I understand it now though... all because I read a book with language entwined throughout that was so beautiful. The subject of the book was anything but beautiful, but the author's gift of description captivated me. I was more attached to her style of writing than I was the characters of the story. What is the book, you say? White Oleander by Janet Fitch. I encourage you to read it, for many reasons.
